Zuca Downunder checks all orders before shipment for quality assurance. If however you wish to return a product then please read the following points below.
We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our returns policy prior to placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Items can be returned for an exchange within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. For all returns, please either use a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event an item appears to be faulty, you are entitles for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the item. Additionally, include a photo of the fault in your email so we can best assist you. We will replace or repair where necessary. No refunds will be given.
Item Availability
Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold item is you purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement.
Changes To Your Order
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at {email address} to ensure adjustments can be applied.
If your order has already been processed, Zuca Downunder accepts no responsibility for incorrect detailed entered. However our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the received, it is the customers responsibility to contact is to notify us of the situations.
Zuca Downunder reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
